Enjoy the beautiful East Coast Foliage as we drive to experience the history of America like never before;  we will tour famous landmarks, great monuments and national treasures.  In Philadelphia, we will visit the award-winning National Constitution Centre, the first ever museum dedicated to the US Constitution.  We will explore Independence National Historical Park, home of the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776.  In Gettysburg, we will visit the nearby farm of President Dwight D. Eisenhower which served as a weekend retreat and a meeting place for world leaders.  We will visit the Gettysburg National Military Park; the site of three days of fighting that was a very important turning point in the Civil War and forever changed the course of American history.  We will enjoy touring the newly built and awe-inspiring $135-million Gettysburg Museum and Visitor Centre.  In Washington, D.C. we will enjoy viewing the White House, Washington Monument and the Mall; with stops at the World War II and Lincoln Memorials.  We will explore The National Archives, home to the original copies of the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, The Bill of Rights and much more!  We will visit the home of George Washington, Mount Vernon, which overlooks the Potomac River.  There is no better way to experience the sweep of American’s history than with a tour of the Newly Renovated West Point Visitor’s Center and Museum.  We will learn the roles and contributions of historic figures such as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Dwight Eisenhower and more as well as getting a real feel for the Cadet experience.  We will enjoy a 2-hour bus tour of West Point with stops at the Old Cadet Chapel, Trophy Point, Battle Monument, West Point Cemetery and more!  Enjoy over 135 exhibits reflecting West Point’s diverse history.  Join us as we immerse ourselves in this American History highlights trip.
